I used to like Superdry a lot more. The designs felt cooler before. Lately though, everything seems a bit too loud. Big logos everywhere. Some stuff looks good online, then kind of awkward when you actually see it or try it on. Quality is fine. No real complaints there. Just not my style much anymore.

I popped into Superdry to try on a jacket I’d seen online. The staff were friendly and helped me find the right size without being pushy, which I appreciated. That said, I was a little disappointed with how busy it was — the fitting room queue took ages, and a few sizes seemed to be missing. I did end up buying the jacket and I’m happy with it, but the whole visit wasn’t quite as smooth as I’d hoped.

I ordered a hoodie and two t-shirts from Superdry, and to be fair, everything showed up exactly how I picked it. I’m always a bit wary of the slick “your order is in good hands” type emails companies send, but this one actually matched what arrived.
The sizes, colors, and items were all correct, with no random substitutions or missing bits. Nothing dramatic happened, which is kind of the point when you order clothes online.

It was a simple order and it went smoothly. No chasing customer service, no returns, no weird excuses dressed up in polished company language. Just got what I paid for, and I appreciated that.

Right out of the package, my first thought was that this hoodie felt thicker and better made than I expected. It fits nicely too, not too loose or tight. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I ordered a hoodie and joggers from Superdry and, i’ve been reaching for them loads already. The cotton feels really soft, but not thin or cheap, if that makes sense... and the hoodie has a nice thick feel without being too heavy.
The fit was comfy straight away, no scratchy bits or awkward seams anywhere. I’ve washed it once too and it still feels the same, so yeah... happy with it overall.

I was happy to find the jacket in my size since that’s not always the case. The checkout process was simple, and it arrived without any issues. Overall, it felt like a solid buy and worth it.

I tried it on and immediately went, yep, this is exactly my size. No awkward baggy spots or weird fit issues at all.

I can only go off my own experience, but they got back to me fast and helped sort out the issue without much hassle.

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s getting ridiculous. Every time I contact support, those clowns just repeat the same generic line like it’s supposed to help. Super frustrating.

I bought a Superdry jacket last year it’s held up way better than I thought it would. I wear it all the time, got caught in the rain more than once, shoved it into bags, and even brought it on a few trips where It definitely didn’t get treated gently.

It still looks good, the zips are working fine, and I haven’t noticed any loose stitching yet. Usually my jackets start looking tired after a while, but this one hasn’t at all. really happy with it and I’d buy another one

I used superdry.com yeah, it was straightforward. The menus made sense, the search actually found what I was looking for, which is always a plus. Product photos loaded quickly too, so I wasn’t sitting there waiting around. Picking sizes was simple, checkout was easy... no random fuss or confusing steps. Overall, just a smooth experience really. I’d use it again

I ended up sending it back, and the return process was smoother than I thought it would be. The refund came through quickly too, which was a nice surprise

This was a solid buy for the price. It did what I needed without costing too much, and I feel like I got my money’s worth. I’d definitely consider getting it again next time.
